The Club of Profound Thinking meets at an artist’s studio

It’s been two years already that The Club of Profound Thinking has been functioning at BGS. It’s members are students from Years 9, 10, and 11. Meetings take place once a fortnight in the form of dialogues, and the themes discussed are the major values of the mankind.

After covering a topic, three volunteer students make a short presentation of the topic discussed and only after that they move to the next one, usually with a special guest. Sometimes they hold the meetings outside the school.

On May 19th, club members visited the studio of a famous Georgian artist, Rusudan Petviashvili. They had a chance to have a very interesting dialogue with her and learn about her creative work. In the end, the artist presented students with post-cards with her autograph, as well as the first album of her works for the school.
